How do I track my order?
From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 8 a.m. (CET) are handled during the upcoming 24 hours. You will receive a tracking number by the end of the business day when your order has been shipped.
Please contact us if you have not received your tracking number. We’ll provide you with one, if your order has been shipped out already. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order please contact our customer service team at support@carolinebosmans.com.

REST OF THE WORLD: 25€
All orders to NON-EU and WORLD delivery countries: please be aware of paying import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We are unable to advise you about the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. You will be invoiced for the local taxes and duties. We recommend you to contact your local customs or carrier office to obtain a landed cost estimate.

We provide worldwide shipping.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. We are not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond our control.
